基本信息：

EB病毒（Epstein Barr Virus，EBV）是第一個被發(fā)現(xiàn)的人類腫瘤病毒（1964年），是一種嗜淋巴性人皰疹病毒，主要侵染B淋巴細胞。CD21是EB病毒的受體，這種受體可能和B淋巴細胞的補體受體相同或密切相關。人是EB病毒感染的宿主，主要通過唾液傳播，如接吻，共同用餐。所以EB病毒感染也被稱之為熱吻病。常見可導致疾病有傳染性單核細胞增多癥，此外EB病毒與鼻咽癌、伯基特淋巴瘤的發(fā)生有密切相關性，被列為可能致癌的人類腫瘤病毒之一。

具體分類：

·EB病毒分型較多，目前國際常用分型以EBNA2基因表達不同為依據(jù)，分為A、B兩型。

·A型在全球最常見，尤其是亞洲地區(qū)，B型在非洲地區(qū)更為常見，另外有LMP1缺失型、LMP1 XhoI等分型。

·在不同的感染狀態(tài)下，EB病毒表達的抗原也不同，包括增殖性感染表達的抗原和潛伏感染期表達的抗原，前者又可分為EB病毒早期抗原、EB病毒晚期抗原，后者可分為EB病毒核抗原、潛伏膜蛋白。

需要完善的檢查:

·EB病毒血漿和PBMC定量檢查

·EB病毒感染淋巴細胞亞群定量檢查

·PET/CT + 淋巴結EBER病理檢查

目前對抗EB病毒方法主要有：

·核苷模擬物（阿西克洛韋、瓦萊西克洛韋、甘西克洛韋和瓦爾甘奇洛韋)

·核苷酸模擬

·焦磷酸鹽模擬

·EBV蛋白激酶BGLF4的抑制劑
