甲型流感對(duì)人類(lèi)致病性高，曾多次引起世界性大流行。甲型流感病毒中發(fā)現(xiàn)能直接感染人的禽流感病毒亞型有：甲型H1N1、H5N1、H7N1、H7N2、H7N3、H7N7、H7N9、H9N2和H10N8。其中H1、H5、H7亞型為高致病性，H1N1、H5N1、H7N9尤為值得關(guān)注。
